The biggest edition of all time
At this year's ICE in London more exhibitors than ever before represented at the trade fair, as the trade magazine games & business reports. The complete list of exhibiting companies [Page on English] is available for viewing on the official ICE website.
The organizer Clarion Gaming called the upcoming event a “spectacular, international celebration of gaming” and Stuart Hunter, Managing Director at Clarion Gaming, emphasized that the trade fair is making full use of the location’s capacity:
[ICE 2024 will be the] most attractive and comprehensive representation of the industry ever. The gaming companies Novomatic and Merkur Gaming (formerly: Gauselmann) will be represented from German-speaking countries. In addition, it can be assumed that many representatives of the German iGaming scene will be there as visitors.
Player protection as an important topic at ICE 2024
In addition to the casual networking at the exhibition stands and the fun content in the eSports arena, the ICE 2024 will once again give a very serious topic the necessary space - player protection.
In the specially planned Consumer Protection Zone, organizations that combat gambling addiction, among others, report on their daily work. The innovative AI startup Mindway AI will also be present and explain how artificial intelligence could make gambling safer.
There had already been a fundraising effort in advance, in which 41,000 GBP (approx. 48,000 euros) were collected for various organizations. The checks will be distributed as part of the kick-off event in the Consumer Protection Zone.
Diverse program for all interests
At ICE 2024 there will not only be 811 exhibitors from 76 countries, but also from different areas of the industry. In addition to manufacturers of gambling software, casino operators and sports betting providers, the list also includes marketing agencies, player protection organizations and payment providers.
A diverse program is also offered on the large stage and in the workshops. Anyone interested in certain master classes and lectures had to buy a ticket in advance. According to the information on the website, the paid events are already fully booked.
However, registration for the general trade fair area is still possible on the website. This is free, but requires you to provide personal information. Access to specialist lectures is severely restricted for trade fair visitors without a ticket upgrade.
