Baus holds seminar for Gauselmann managers

Valentin Baus was not only visiting the Gauselmann Group in Benkhausen as a Paralympic champion, but his visit was also intended to serve another important purpose. Among other things, the newly crowned Paralympics champion in Para table tennis singles should not only visit the sponsor of TEAM 21 Düsseldorf, with which he himself is under contract as a professional athlete, but rather his visit should serve a higher goal - INSPIRATION!

Company founder Paul Gauselmann shows was incredibly impressed by the young professional athlete who, despite serious physical limitations, never gave up on his goal and made his dream come true. The 26-year-old has suffered from brittle bone disease since he was born in 1996. This is an extremely rare hereditary disease in which the bones do not fully form. Consequently Those affected suffer from a significantly increased risk of bone fractures, which makes life much more difficult. Higher levels of stress are not possible for the body itself, which is why Baus himself has been dependent on a wheelchair since 2008. Nevertheless, he never gave up on pursuing his dream of becoming a professional table tennis athlete. His story, his career and his will are considered an incredibly great inspiration, which is why he was also able to impress the Gauselmann Group's managers in the seminar.

Executives at Gauselmann were very surprised

All seminar participants were amazed and amazed by the fate and will of the Paralympics winner. In particular, his irrepressible will inspired the managers immensely, who were all incredibly inspired. For Baus himself, love for the cause and strong ambition are the keys to success. Ultimately, however, you always need to believe in yourself that everything can be achieved. If you combine all of these factors together, nothing will stand in your way of being successful. In the rarest of cases, fate writes beautiful stories without anyone having to do anything. However, if you do a lot and invest a lot, sooner or later you will be rewarded for your actions.

His story and his will have impressed all of the managers to believe in themselves and strive for the best in the future. While the whole thing for Valentin Baus was related to his professional sports career, the Gauselmann executives now want to advance their careers themselves and strive for success. Ultimately, of course, they didn't miss the opportunity to feel the Olympic gold with their own senses.
