Merkur Slots Erfahrungen: 122 own machines, ID check in the cash register
Advertising notice: This site contains advertising. We link gambling providers via affiliate links and receive compensation if you register with one of the providers shown. This does not incur any additional costs for you.
The arcade around the corner is also available online. At Merkur Slots Eye of Horus, Blazing Star and many other classics are available; the MERKUR section comes directly from our own company. My Merkur Slots Erfahrungen are mixed. The game selection and cash register are convincing, but the payout rate is lacking.
I have good news for you: At this online casino you can now bet up to 0 AUDper spin on selected slot machines.

Our first impression of Merkur Slots
Anyone who calls up Merkur Slots first lands at Merkur Bets. Betting and slot machines are there under one roof and I had to look for a moment where the machines start. After that it went quickly, the lobby looks like the entrance area of an arcade, only without a coin changer.
Merkur Slots Bonus: 100% up to 90 AUDx turnover, no free spins
The Merkur Slots new customer bonus applies to your first deposit, free spins are not included. You don't need a Merkur Slots bonus code. You simply select the package in the checkout before making the payment.

Each reward expires after seven days. There is no bonus of more than 90 AUDfor any promotion. If you have lifted an OASIS ban in the last four weeks, you are excluded from all actions.
In the checkout you choose between the slots, sports betting and no bonus packages. There are also regularly changing promotions. You can only use bonus credit on permitted machines.
"The Merkur Slots bonus doubles your first deposit up to 90 AUDYou start from 9 AUDand don't need a code. You can also view the Merkur Slots lobby without an account. Tiles and categories are freely accessible, but there is no demo version. You must register before your first shoot.
For Mercury slot machines the provider is still the correct address. The MERKUR section brings together the in-house titles and games from Reel Time Gaming, including Eye of Horus, Ghost Slider and El Torero.
Most of the games come from Play’n GO and Pragmatic Play. There are also Gamomat, Novoline, Hacksaw Gaming and other developers. You can find new titles under New with us. Separate sections such as Book Club, Big Wins and Megaways will help you browse.
Merkur Slots relies entirely on slot machines. My tip from the Merkur Slots test: Instead of searching, use the manufacturer categories. The entire catalog is sorted there without any gaps.
Merkur Slots
"In the Merkur Slots test, I counted 122 originals in the MERKUR category, from Blazing Star to Ghost Slider. Doesn't sound like a lot next to over 1,000 machines? That's easily enough for the arcade classics, the rest are mainly provided by Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play. There are no exclusive titles, not even a demo. The Popular category had 30 games with Lucky in the test Pharaoh Wild in front, under New we had 70 titles like Le Fisherman and Temple Guardians Megaways fans open their own section with Great Rhino and Buffalo King.”

Merkur Slots App: Only for iPhone, Android plays in the browser
The Merkur Slots app is called MERKUR BETS Sports Betting/Slots in the Apple App Store and comes from CASHPOINT Malta Ltd. It only runs from iOS 17, so check your iOS version before downloading.
There is only one sports betting app for Android. You play the slots there in the browser. The mobile website can be placed on the home screen as a web app and has the same lobby as the iOS app.
Merkur Slots
"I downloaded the Merkur Slots app on my iPhone from the App Store, you won't find a pure slots app there. The name MERKUR BETS Sports Betting/Slots already gives it away, an app covers bets and slot machines, the requirement is iOS 17. All you have on your Android phone is the betting app; for the slot machines you open the browser. You can get the betting app in the Play Store or as an APK directly from merkurbets.de. Take the Play Store, then updates come on their own, you have to renew an APK yourself.”

Payout rate: Low levels of manufacturers
Payout rates in comparison
Wunderino87.12%Lowest RTP Merkur Slots87.53% Jackpot Pirates95.50%Highest RTP 86%88%90%92%94%96%
You can find the payout percentage at Merkur Slots in the game information of each machine. With an average of 87.53%, Merkur Slots is in the lower range.
The reason lies with the manufacturers. They deliver each slot in several fixed levels and Merkur Slots chooses the low one at Pragmatic Play and Greentube. Sweet Bonanza runs here at 87.03%, Book of Ra Deluxe at 86.00%.
The Merkur classics are slightly higher, Eye of Horus at 88.26%. In all games, the odds are also shown as a fixed line above the playing field.
Check the odds in the game before increasing your bet.
Merkur Slots
"What I immediately notice about Merkur Slots: The odds are not hidden in the small print, but permanently above the reels. On average, the machines pay out 87.53%. At the bottom end are the Swintt titles with 85.00%, at the top Mega Joker with 90.00%. Pragmatic Play runs here in the low version, the Merkur classics perform better. Eye of Horus, for example, comes up 88.26%. My advice: If the ratings are important to you, stick with Mega Joker and the classics.”

Deposits and withdrawals: With PayPal in a few hours
At Merkur Slots you pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, Klarna, PayPal or Paysafecard. You only use the bank transfer for withdrawals.
I like cash registers where I don't have to search for long. That's exactly what I found with my Merkur Slots Erfahrungen. Use speed dial to type in amounts from 9 AUDto 400 AUDYour deposits through LUGAS are limited to AUD 0,000 per month. More is only available upon request and without entitlement.

With the first deposit via Klarna, PayPal or Paysafecard your identity has already been verified. Alternatively, you can verify yourself via BankIdent or with a camera and ID via AutoIdent.
Payouts only go to you and always to the last way money was received. You have to wager each deposit once before you can withdraw it again. There are no fees. Only an incorrect IBAN, accounts outside the EU and return direct debits cost extra.
If there are legitimate doubts, Merkur Slots may withhold a payout for up to 45 days. It's better to plan for this if you have larger sums.
Our top 3 payment methods tested

With PayPal you can deposit from 9 AUDat Merkur Slots, using speed dial you can also deposit amounts up to 400 AUDwith one tip. Your first PayPal deposit also serves as identity verification. If Merkur Slots is justifiedigte in doubt, the provider may postpone your payout for up to 45 days.

Is Merkur Slots reputable? A look at the whitelist of the Joint Gaming Authority of the States (GGL) says yes. The organizer has been listed there for virtual slot games since 2022, and the domain merkurbets.de since 2023. In the same year, permission for sports betting was also added.
The connection is encrypted with TLS 1.3 and a DigiCert certificate. The security management also bears the ISO/IEC 27001 seal from CIS-CERT. A two-factor login is still missing; an eight-character password has to suffice.
Under Limits & Blocks you can set deposit, stake and loss limits per day, week or month. There is also a maximum session time. A reduction takes effect immediately, an increase only takes effect after seven days.
The panic button sets a lock for 24 hours with no way back. In the game it sits as a bar above the reels; holding it down for three seconds is enough.
You can get advice from outside the provider Federal Institute for Public Health (BIÖG) and at Check your game. The player protection officer takes care of things internally.
My tip: Use the mentor program in your account. It evaluates your time and money together through slots and bets.

"Behind Merkur Slots is Merkur Bets Malta Limited, which has been on the GGL whitelist since 2022. Verify your account quickly, because without verification it will only remain temporarily active for 72 hours and will then be blocked. The company behind Merkur Slots: Part of the MERKUR GROUP
Merkur Slots is operated by Merkur Bets Malta Limited, based in St Julian’s on Malta. The company is led by Jason Frendo and Serge Van Kesteren. Maltese contract law applies.
The slots run on merkurbets.de as a separate Merkur Slots section alongside the sports betting. The technology is provided by the sister company CASHPOINT Malta Ltd., which also offers the iOS app. The game integration is handled by The Mill Adventure.
Above all, the MERKUR GROUP, i.e. The Gauselmann Group, stands. He builds the machines that run here under his own name. The group also belongs in Australia Slot magic. In this country, CrazyBuzzer only runs as a social casino without real money.
Additional offers: Merkur Bets, the betting site behind Merkur Slots
Merkur Bets is the betting section on the same site. It also belongs to Merkur Bets Malta Limited, but has its own GGL license for sports betting. The group also operates betting shops on site.
If you switch between slots and betting, you need a little patience. You can only use winnings from one area in the other after an hour. There is also a one-minute waiting time for each change.

A few practical tools will help you when betting. With the Betbuilder you put together your own bet on a single game. Quickbet suggests a ready-made combination that matches your stake and desired winnings.
There are also odds boosts on selected games and the top 5 button, which shows the biggest favorites for the next seven days. Payments are made via the same cash register as for the slots. There is a separate betting app for Android, and an app on the iPhone covers both areas.
Conclusion: Recommendation with reservations, because 87.53% is too little
"Anyone who knows the Merkur machines from the arcade will immediately feel at home with Merkur Slots. Eye of Horus, El Torero and Blazing Star come directly from the manufacturer, and you can take a look at the lobby before you register. I was also impressed by the cash register. You start from 9 AUDwithout any fees, and with PayPal or Klarna your verification is straight away with erledigt. On the other hand, I find the bonus weak, because 40 times the turnover without free spins doesn't attract anyone from behind the stove. What bothers me most is the odds. On average, Merkur Slots only pays out 87.53%. If you're looking for high odds, it's better to look elsewhere.

Play Now Play Now! (4) Comments Juledudl December 18, 2025 I just miss the variety here. There are almost only Merkur games, but I also like to play something from Play'n GO or other providers. The selection is too one-sided for me in the long run and quickly becomes boring Mark Seibert December 28, 2025 Hello Julia, that's an absolutely fair point. If you like variety, things can quickly become monotonous at Merkur Slots. The site is very specialized. In ours Casino comparisons you will find some alternatives with a huge, colorful selection of games. Best regards! Sonnenfrank December 18, 2025 If you love Mercury, you've come to the right place. Eye of Horus plays like a slot machine and the typical jingling is there too. The site focuses entirely on these games, which I think is great. Pure Mercury feeling! Mark Seibert December 28, 2025 Hi Frank, you sum it up: pure Merkur feeling! That's exactly what the site is supposed to be. It's great that you like it so much and that the games feel like a real slot machine. If you love the classics and don't need any frills, this is the right choice. Continued good luck!
