Rules of the game and structure
A win occurs as soon as at least five identical candies are connected horizontally or vertically. They then dissolve and new symbols fall into the grid from above. A single spin can trigger multiple wins in a row.

Where a symbol was part of a win, a mark remains. If the same field wins again, it becomes a multiplier field with 2x. Each additional hit there doubles the value to 4x, 8x, 16x and so on up to 128x. If there are several such fields in a cluster, their values are added together. In the base game, all markers disappear at the end of the spin.
There is no game. The candy machine is the scatter and can land anywhere. Three of them start 10 free spins, four bring 12, five 15, six 20 and seven 30. This is the difference to the base game. Marked fields including the multiplier survive every spin until the bonus round is over. Three more scatters give additional free spins.
There is no autoplay in the German version.
Sugar Rush Paytable and payout percentage
The pink lollipop is the top symbol. This is followed by heart candy, jelly bean and star candy. The red, purple and orange gummy bears pay the least; a cluster of five pays 0.2 to 0.3 times as much. A cluster reaches the highest level with just 15 symbols. A pink lollipop cluster of this size pays 150x that. The values come from the winning plan in the game with a stake of £ 3and are converted into multiples.

What happens in the base game
In the base game, multipliers only build up within one spin. Large values are rare there. Volatility is high, several rounds without a win in a row are normal. According to game info, the 5,000x occurs once in 2,340,000 spins. Choose a small bet so that your budget lasts until the free spins.

The real reason, however, is the fields that remain standing in the free spins and continue to grow. It often takes many empty spins before the bonus round arrives. My tip: Plan a budget that can withstand a long dry spell.
